The IWB is comprised of over 100 nationalities, each bringing unique backgrounds, ideas, and ethnicities to the community. Unfortunately, non-white people have been subject to damaging stereotypes due to historical factors and there are white people who doesn’t see….. In light of this, we believe it is crucial to establish an anti-racist guide for our members.
